Announcing My New Weekly YouTube Show Starting September 9, 2020


About two years ago, I had an idea for a YouTube show called Conquer Your Chaos. A show where I would discuss different health and personal development topics. I also wanted to do interviews. When it came to actually making this show a reality I struggled.


I have gotten comfortable over the years doing public speaking and leading workshops. Speaking in videos however lead to me having inner freak outs. I would freeze up and overthink things. I realized I needed to do some more of my own inner-work, to work through my resistance. Finally earlier this year I took the plunge and did a few videos. I finally got past the first hurdle of being able to be comfortable enough to talk in a video. The next challenge for me was being able to create consistent content. Life got busy, Covid happened and that required various adjustments. I also got stuck in my head a lot about what to talk about on a weekly basis. Getting caught up in my head again, I set doing videos aside.


Over the past few months I have been working on furthering my personal development and coaching skills. In June I completed a Vegan Nutrition Health Coach certification, so I can teach and coach others how they can improve their health through a vegan diet. I am working on blending this with my Personal Development Coaching.


I feel more ready to now commit to consistent videos. I am trusting the process and surrendering to not having it all figured out at once :-)


Starting today September 09, 2020 the first episode of Conquer Your Chaos has been uploaded. A new episode will be released every Wednesday morning. I will be covering a variety of health related topics, including topics people may not associate with health.


I view health from a whole picture perspective. Our health is not only impacted by what we eat and how much we exercise. It is about what makes us happy and what stresses us out. This can include relationships, family, career, money, spirituality and mindset. These categories impact our health and well-being, by impacting how we feel and how well we take care of ourselves. I am also planning to do interviews with others, who can provide inspirational and empowering conversation. Click the image below to check out my first episode.
