I started my career over 20 years ago in the television industry. Working my way up from news production to scheduling commercial content, eventually lead to me to becoming the Station Operations Manager for the local station of a TV network. This growth allowed me to experience a lot  with building and transitioning my career. Part of my responsibilities working for the TV station included participating in career fairs, speaking engagements and job shadowing events at local colleges. Sharing knowledge with students was very rewarding and inspiring for me. I had also experienced a lot of personal changes going through a divorce, co-parenting, dating again and eventually getting remarried and raising a blended family. My professional life and personal life taught me many things that I was sharing to help others. I wanted to pursue work where I could help others on a regular basis. This desire lead to me researching coaching programs to get a coaching certification.

In the summer of 2016 I started my coaching journey with iPEC (Institute For Professional Excellence In coaching). A few months after completing this 10 month ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited program, I left the TV world and was hired by a local non-profit to create a coaching program to help clients looking for work, while on the verge of homelessness. For a year and a half I coached and supported clients with their job search and finances, while also helping them manage stress. I also created and facilitated workshops and discussion groups covering self-care, boundaries, healthy giving, executive skills, stress management, transferable skills, career transition and financial stability. After a year and a half working at the non-profit, another opportunity in TV opened up that I decided to take while working on my coaching business.

I am now on a mission to help women who feel overwhelmed, eliminate stress so they can feel happy again. I offer personalized coaching services, as well as share content on my blog and YouTube channel. I periodically teach virtual workshops and participate in speaking events.
